Spotlights presents The Laramie Project
In 1998, Mathew Sheppard was seduced by two straight men, robbed and hung to fence to be let to die for being gay in the town of Laramie, Wyoming. The Laramie Project is the result of hundreds of interviews with the residents of Laramie after Matthew's death, and revolves around how they try to reclaim their identity after this tragic event.
